All you do is take your hard drive out for a few seconds and put it back in. Start your computer and go to your bios. From there, reset all your settings to default, it varies in each motheroard bios. That should work. If not, try to drain your battery, if it's a laptop. If all else fails, go to either HP live help and they might help you, even if it's not their computers or the company who makes it. Mine works fine now after HP told me what to do and I even learned a few tricks.
