Sometimes when I shut down my computer, a blue screen appeared:

A fatal exception 0E has occurred at 0028:D54C584B in Vxd FW(01) + 0000478B
or
A fatal exception 0E has occurred at 0028:D5BE86F9 in Vxd FW(01) + 00011BA9
or
A fatal exception 0E has occurred at 0028:D54DB4BB in Vxd FW(01) + 0000478B
or
A fatal exception 0E has occurred at 0028:D521524B in Vxd FW(01) + 0000478B
or
A fatal exception 0E has occurred at 0028:D547850B in Vxd FW(01) + 0000478B

After pressing a few times of any keys, the following page fault message comes out:

CPD caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL at 0187:bff88396

But now it becomes:

CPD caused an invalid page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL at 0177:bff88396

Will be very much appreciated if someone could offer me help
