When I disconnect I get an error message - The instruction @ 0x77f83907 referenced memory @ 0x009a4e9c. The memory could not be written. Any advice?

xp-pro Modem stays conected after loging off.L.T.soft modem amr[com3]I have to unplug ph.line every time when Ilog off.To log on I have to get every thing set up put mouse arrow on my dial up conect tab quicky plug in ph. line and click conect. HELP.From Steve in mich.

I too have this problem. I have a brand new emachine using windows xp. I have read up what little I can find about this. It does not seem to cause problems however, other than the nuisance of it's appearance. Wish I could find out more.
