This doesn't make sense to me because I get this message when I try to access my own web site or when I try to access the website for my isp.

I have Windows 98

This problem occurs whether I use Internet Explorer, Netscape or X-Tool.

I've called my isp tech people and they told me to try several things, but none of them worked.

I have begun researching this problem and none of the sites I've been to so far have a solution. They also disagree about what it means.
