I have had numerous program application problems since I tried to download a personal security firewall from Norton. I had to unintall everything - nothing is working as it should. I reinstalled Office 2000 - now Word won't start from the desktop, outlook won't start at all I get the above error message. I can not download any fixes from the microsoft support page - I am missing a msi.exe file or it is corrupt. I have not been able to reinstall Norton System Works 2003, which worked perfectly before I tried the download. It will not reinstall and I can not run it from the disk. What now?
