I am unable to access my microsoft internet explorer so I contacted aol and they gave me these instructions to repair: (My version is 6.X andI have windows xp)1. Click start, select settings, click control panel 2. dble click add/remove programs. 3. select Microsoft Internet exp 6, then click change/remove or add/remove. However, Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 is not listed. The next instruction was to contact the computer manufacturer or Microsoft. I have contacted Dell and they said it is a software problem. When I go to the Microsoft website, they want $$$ to give me help. ?????
