OK! FOR ANYONE WHO HAS A PROBLEM LIKE THIS, IT IS CAUSE BY KAZAA, TOOK ME 2 DAYS TO FIND OUT. FINALLY I CAN SURF IN PEACE!HERE IS THE FIX

Had the same problem - I've been fighting it for two days, then I gave up, formatted the C partition and re-installed Windows.
Everything works fine again.GreGG

i have same problem tonya , if u ever come back to this site , because i noticed your post was at june and now its july.. i have exact same problem and i have to keep pressing refresh to enter a page , any help will be highly appreciated thank you.

ok.your interent setting at the options are missing.go to tools,internet options,advance,brosing(always senf URL as UTF-8)missing!! i m still trying to slove this problem;
1. repair the IE 6.
