An exception 0E has occurred at 0028: C0030D12 in VxD ---. This was called from 0028: C002F285 in VxD. Also the icons on my desktop have turned white except for the following: My Computer Recycle Bin Internet Explorer My Network Places You can see some color areas on the rest of the icons on the left hand side of the boxes. Any idea on what caused this? Can this be fixed? Windows ME

Debug,Create Partition,Formatting,Reinstall Operating System! Saves you all the headaches! wiping out the hard drive is ALWAYS the best way to go!
