A user is having problems loosing his custom toolbar in Excel 97. He is running an Excel 97 shortcut in Outlook 2000, operating system is Windows 95. It seems to happen when he is in a spreadsheet file and then goes to open up another file. The toolbar reverts back to the default that was setup during installation of Microsoft Office 97. I had him open up excel from Start, Programs, Microsoft Excel and the toolbar was back to default too. The custom toolbar was missing in Tools, Customize, Toolbars also. He has created a custom toolbar many times and this happens quite often. I have searched the internet for a solution but didn't find anything that was helpful.
I would appreciate anyone that has come across this and what the solution was.Thank you
