When I try to play Desert Storm on my computer I get this message. The game has been installed but it won't load past this alert.How do I over come this problem? thank you!

I have the same issue but I have a top spec gaming pc there I don't see why it would have trouble. I have tried direct x diagnostic and all 3d excelleration options are enabled and it says no issues found

Go Start|Run and type dxdiag.
Click the display tab at the top and check the messagebox at the bottom. If you have a message that reads: "Hardware accelerated Direct3D 9+ is not available because the display driver does not support it. You may be able to get a newer driver from the hardware manufacturer" or similar, your current graphics driver does not support your DirectX version - since you cannot (comfortably) roll back the DirectX, you have to find a new driver for the graphics card that dsoes support it (Or format and install an older DirectX :-( )
