You need to check your memory modules are fitted correctly and are fitted snuggly within their slots. Also you need to try to test the memory, try putting this command line into the autoexec.bat filedevice=c:\windows\himem.sys /testmem:on
This will test the meory modules for bad allocations,
Reboot the pc a few times to see if the problem re-occurs if not then carry on as normal, makesure you keep backps of your essensial files just in case windows crashes badly,

MSHTML.DLL is the parsing engine for HTML in Internet Explorer.
In general, GPF exception errors are caused by video card driver problems with the color modes that have more then 256 colors.
One solution is to get an updated driver from the company that made your video card. Another solution is to change the color mode so that it uses only 256 colors.
try to lower the hardware acceleration, you may need to bring it down to its lowest point before you can sort the problem out for a perminant fix.
