sometimes when opening widows or on the internet a blue screen with fatal exception OE has occurred at 017F:BFF83BFC shows up I hit any key it get back to what i was doing and then freezes and can't shut down my computer from the start button i have to close my computer from the button on my computer. Can you help my? I've cleaned out my internet temp files and cookies.
