im trying to download a driver for my videocard.i cannot adjust my settings,im stuck at 640 by 480 pixles,and 16 color,it will not repond when i try to change the settings.i know little about computers,but i think the driver i need is for standard pci graphics adapter vga,software vrsion 4.0,can anyone tell me where to download the driver?im running windows 98,se
