Whenever I click on a link to listen to anything online the aol media player box comes says it is trying to connect but in about 5 seconds another box comes up that says waol.exe pgnu3260 need to be re-installed. What can I do?

you need to reinstall the file by re-installing the program AOL.

Unistall AOL and reinstall it after a reboot,
check the multimedia propeties in control panel that your audio hardware is setup correctly
