I tryed uninstall, reinstalling several times, then I consulted your website and tryed the winword /a command. It worked, but then I though that maybe the service packs would address the issue, so I installed service pack 1 and unfortunally nothing was fixed, but now the winword /a bypass when it finally is loaded up once you click off of the office assistant it closes the whole program. So then I downloaded SR3 and installed it on top of it all, and it still doesn't work. Oh the woes of MSO 2K.
