It doesn't happen all the time, but it does most of the time. I can be searching on the internet and i can either click on a button to open a new window or if one automatically pops-up, all the windows lopck up and i can only ctrl-alt-del to get out and start over. This system had a pop=up stopper program on it and i took it out. It is not as bad but still is locking up all the time.
