Hi,
My friend is using WindowsMe and while tring to install a new modem, the Computer(a 750 MHz Duron) started going into safe mode. He started getting the following-Error OE;0028;C0030D12 VWin 32(01). Now the darned thing refuses to log in to normal mode neither could the modem (Motorola SM 56 Internal)be installed.
Please Help.
