I tried to follow your instructions on the delfin media problem, however I did not find either of the two files you suggested I delete in the location specified. I then ran a search for the file pgmonitr and found PGMONITR.EXE-1F717858.pf in the location C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch and PgMonitr in C:\Program Files\DelFin\PromulGate should i delete these files? Would this resolve the problem or mess things up?
