Hello Jane. I have the same problem. I have high speed internet (cable broadband connection), and yet I am always freezing up or being booted out of pogo. Like you, I have deleted all cookies and temporary internet folders and closed all other running programs, but to no avail. Sometimes I find that if I change rooms it helps, but sometimes it doesn't. If you get a solution suggestion to this very annoying problem please share it with me. Merry Christmas, and thank you.
