Hello Jane. I have the same problem. I have high speed internet (cable broadband connection), and yet I am always freezing up or being booted out of pogo. Like you, I have deleted all cookies and temporary internet folders and closed all other running programs, but to no avail. Sometimes I find that if I change rooms it helps, but sometimes it doesn't. If you get a solution suggestion to this very annoying problem please share it with me. Merry Christmas, and thank you.

theres just so many peol=pl on pogo from not only aol but from others servers just cant handle them soll so you either get booted or you freeze up !! i say pogo needs more power to ri=un their games . hagd bye

Mine always freezes no matter what..I've deleted my temporary files and cookies and it still doesn't help
