win98 word 2000 ms09.dll page fault prevents docum |

I can no longer open a document I was typing in Word 2000. I can open word, and then open the document, but when the document opens I get an error immediately- "winword caused an invalid page fault in module MS09.DLL at 0177:30991f28". and then I have no choice but to close the program. also, when i restart my computer, the "~$" temp(?) version of the document file still exists. any suggestions on how I could view this document again?

Hello, I have deleted my normal.dot, but nothing happend.
