I have allready took note of previous requests about this or at least a very similar problem. I have replaced Winword.exe and mso9.dll files and also deleted and copied from another computer the normal.dot file. I can run word succesufully only using the "/a" option right in the prompt. I'm using Win ME and the word version is the one within Office 2000. Any new ideas regarding this failure?In advance thanks
