My daughter has a fairly new (6 mo) Dell laptop that has given her a
lot of problems. Problem 1- always freezes up,10 x per day
Most recent problem - connecting cable keeps falling
out even though there's no apparent flaw. She used
the battery as a temporary back up till it wore out.
Meantime, Dell sent a new connecting cable/cord but
the same problem occured. So, she can not use the
computer whatsoever.
