Related to TCP/IP protocol. You may need to update all your drivers for any networking devices you have (modem, network NIC, wireless, etc).Any recent additions related to networking might also tip you off to the offender. In addition, you may try to reinstall TCP/IP protocol in Windows. Computerpilot
