I am operating on Windows ME. when I seek to look at directories or copy and delete files using the mycomputer icon or windows explorer I encounter the following error message:Explorer has caused an error in SHELL32.DLL. If the problem persists re-start your computer.
Obviously the problem does persist and re-starting the computer does not help. It is driving me nuts. I can't copy files from a memory stick or from any drive anywhere without this confounded error message closing down explorer.
I have not encountered the problem using any of the applications.
