I have Windows 98SE, the computer flashes the blue screen right after startup, then automatically restarts itself. A fatal exception 0E has occurred at 0028:C18B57E1 in VxD MXECPV(02)+000002F1 called from 0028:C02A33E2 in VxD VWIN32(05)+00001F0A.
