I think the easiest method would be to go to your Device Manager and scroll down to USB. Find the two listings for your 'motherboard USB', then disable them. You can accomplish this by double-clicking on each one and finding the option to disable.I think that might be the easiest method. I am not sure of a way to do this in the BIOS for a Dell Dimension.
