 Excel crashing when macros tries to save open work Post a Reply

I have a macros which copies and pastes some data from one workbook(workbook1) onto another (workbook2). It then tries to save the latter workbook in a directory as specified by a path which is provided in a worksheet in workbook1 and with the name of the new workbook provided for in workbook1 as well. This is when excel crashes.

Are you any good at VBA programming?

We are going to need more information. You can start with what particular error message you are getting and end with what type of macros.

Also identify if you have tried a repair or deletion of any *.xlb files.
