Strange enough I downloaded a different browser, Firefox, and it started working. This browser may just be going around the problem.

I just bought a VIA chipset P4 mother board and can't get win/ME to run in anything but safe mode. When ever I open an explorer window, it always gives me a 0D:0028:00000003 followed by a 0D:0246:014747FB.Can you give me enough additional information so I can justify asking for my money back. Is this documented somewhere? Thanks

This is a USB/VIA chipset issue.Try disabling USB in your device manager. See if this stops your error message. If so...you probably have to ditch your motherboard or permanantly disable USB (from the motherboard) and get a inexpensive USB PCI card. Good time to upgrade to v2.0! Post back if you need want instructions on how to disable your motherboard USB. Computerpilot
