Virus.You might also get some VxD errors associated with NDIS.
Get an antivirus program that has a bunch of updates, then scan your drive. I forgot the name of the virus that causes this problem.
You can go to Symantec's website for a free scan of your hard drive.
If this is not the problem, then feel free to post back.
