Microsoft Word, reconfiguration window opens every |

Everytime I open WORD from Microsoft Office XP I get the reconfiguration wizard and it says it is reloading and reconfiguring everytime I want to use it, how do I get this to stop?

Just to keep things simple, I would completely uninstall Office XP and reinstall. However, when you reinstall, make sure to do a custom install and make sure that EVERYTHING/ALL OPTIONS are selected during the install.This is just a quick fix to get you out of trouble without all the troublshooting. I am using win 98 and have always had it on my system, I am not on a network and never have been, I can't remember what I must of installed or done differently but it just started doing this and wasn't doing it before this, thx for your help.

You must be using a networking Operating System or Terminal Services (RDP), or Windows XP.What OS are you running? This will help me give you advice. In the mean time, you can try a repair on Office XP. Computerpilot
