I have the same problem and it seems to make some other programsne to not work properly as well after some time *ugh* It started with explorer and then a program called angel and now also xphp won't start. Opera dives on occasion and there might also be one or two programs of less importance that I'm missing here.One thing I did seemed to solve the problem but unfortunately only temporarily. That was to clean some crashed java 1.3 runtime environment in control panel/internet options. Btw there when I try to delete temporary files it says "An error occured whil Windows was working with the control panel file C:\WINDOWS\System32\inetcpl.cpl.
I'd be very happy for suggestions on how to deal with this (preferably not reinstall whole windows).
