Well, you can start with reinstalling Eudora with the newest version. Then you can post back when you have included your basic troubleshooting steps.

Daphne, you need to fix your other problems first. This is a resulting error message to other problems you are having. I have responded to a few of your posts but have not got a reply on your sucess/failure to those issues. I cannot help you until you help us determine your current situation.
