I assume you have recently installed another program. We have seen where other programs overwrite a DLL that outlook needs to operate properly.The first thing to try, and will most likely fix the problem is to uninstall outlook and re-install it again.
Search the knowledgebase here for "sfc dll" and see if you can use the System File Checker to help you NEXT time you have a problem.
: Microsoft Outlook freezes are crashes everytime I exit,and I seem to be interfering with Micosoft Fax, I can't sent or receive a fax, but it go through all the motion as if it is working and return with message, not deliver. Help
