I disables video caching in the bios and have noticed that the problem has been less frequent but still showing up, especially while launching ie or outlook express while other programs are running.

Is there anyone who can help me with this??

I am running a bx6 rev2.0 with a celeron 300A overclocked to 450/100 with 64 megs ram
an ati 8mg agp card with a voodoo2 12mb 3dfx card
