I have a P233MMx with 64MG ram. Since installed new board my system locks up all the time. After it locks the screen will go funny and the monitor will show what looks like little blocks sort of like when you defrag. Then it will reboot. Has anyone come across this before.

To me it sounds like it could be your display driver - see if you can update it from manufacturer's website. Might resolve problem.

Could be a IRQ problem, go to the search box on the main page here and type in IRQ for more info.

I had to return a modem one time that crashed no matter what I did, it was just a defective board from the start.
