Direct X configaration - No options screen

After reinstalling my operating system (Win 95, but I have since upgraded to 98) I do not appear to have the normal Direct X configoration screen. I'm sure there was an icon in control panel which showed various aspects of direct x such as supported resolutions etc, but now I only seem to have the diagnostic view in my direct x directory.

I think you will find that this is due to the windows98 config and nothing else, there is no problem in respect of this it just is not showing the icon, you will probably find that DirectX is configured fine and works properly.
