The Numbers vary but the OE at 0028:XXXXXX is constant. it is always a VXD error too. Ranging from Vmm(0F) to VTD(01) to VPICD(01) and many others. Am running Win 98 on Microstar 6195 motherboard with Athlon 500 and 256 Megs Ram. I am thinking it is a Video card error or conflict. They come at anytime, mostly while running Photoshop and/or other imaging or 3d programs.Have tried reinstalling several times, nothing works. Any help,or solutions would be appreciated..thanks
