: Occasionally one of my users gets an error "Operation cancled due to restrictions on this computer, Please contact...." when trying to open a shortcut. If I log them in to another workstation they are fine. The error is resident to that computer. I think this must be related to a registry setting but I can't seem to find what I need to reset. The only solution so far is to reinstall the os. any suggestions? pepperdinen@beutlerhvac.com
