Fatal exeption 0E on 0028:C0006E1D in VXD VMM(01) |

My computer is a PIII 667mhz with 128mb ram, using a Geforce2 3d accelerator and a creative SB Live 1024 soundcard.
Every time I try to start a game I get a bluescreen with Fatal exeption 0E on 0028:C0006E1D in VXD VMM(01) + 00005E1D.
Can anyone tell me what this stands for? Tnx
