I have a HP pavilion, operating with windows 95. Since I installed an ethernet card my computer does not shut down properly, it gets stuck in the screen with the clouds that says "wait for your computer to shut down"

I had the same problem once, and I deleted all files in
C:\windows\temp. Sometimes it helps
