Missing N32USERL.DLL

I have installed Norton 2000 and when I start my Computer the following message appears

"Error starting program missing dll. N32USERL.DLL not found"
Somthing like that anyway. could someone kindly send this to me or suggest how to fix the problem. I have done a reinstall.

In order to fix this problem you have to completely uninstall any and all Norton products you have on your PC. After doing this reboot your computer. After rebooting your computer reinstall the Norton you upgraded to.
