Yes I have thanks. I can't understand it I can display the stationary in IE5 as a web page but even in that it does not print. I have tried printing with the print background option switched on and off. This problem is starting to mess with my head.

: hmmm it does seem to be an option, maybe in printer properties. don't print bg? not just in your windows advanced options.

I know what the problem is now!!!! The image that I was trying to use was too big. Thanks for your help anyway.
