My PC starts up with System Configuration then Starting Windows 98...
The next message states that HIMEN.SYS, DBLBUFF.SYS and IFSHLP.SYS are missing or corrupted. It then states "Type the name of the command interepter eg. C:\Windows\Command.com"

HELP Please....
what should I do??
