I am having the same problem and get the same error message "winword has caused an error in winword.exe" I have also uninstalled word and re-installed but still get the same message. I also tried uninstalling the entire office package and reinstalling with no luck. Any help or suggestions!!!!: PLEASE HELP!!!
: Running ME and trying to use Word 2000. Every thing was working OK till I installed IBM Via Voice. Kept getting KERNELL32 errors. Uninstalled Via Voice and errors gone. Now getting error (see subject title). Tried uninstalling Word and reinstall but get same message. Word will not open at all. Any ideas please? All help appreciated......thanx.
