when starting windows ME I GET THE ERROR MESSAGE ERROR LOADING W3KNET.DLL CANT FIND FILE CAN YOU HELP

Go to this link and view the information on the windows System File Checker. The file that is missing is a Windows system file and can be loaded back into the system using the Systen File Checker (SFC).
