i was surfing the net using both internet explorer and netscape when it hangs, and
sometimes it suddenly displys a blue screen, which shows a message " a fatal exception OE has occurred at 0028:C2A22592"
what exactly is the problem to the constant hanging of my system, and i have downloaded the VXD.fix file from the VXD fix website.
pls tell me what is the root of the problem? coz...this has been happening frequently.
my system profile:
pentium III 650
and i am using a 128 133mhz ram, 64 100mhz...
on a new motherboard which is epox EP-3VCA
