When I put my compaq 1075 on, it goes to the screen that says compaq and then, instead of booting completely, goes black then back to the Compaq screen, over and over. Even if i get into setup, if i try to change the settings, it goes shuts off and back to the compaq screen. I've tried a boot disk, doesn't work--what to do????
