Have same problems with both computers of mine.
Further I reach the same effect by starting NBA LIVE 99 (EA-Sports).
Have not found the reason till now but I know that NBA ran perfectly under WIN95 before I've updated to WIN98.
Perhaps WIN98 is a virus ;-)
: When loading some web pages - notably sites using flash animation or php server pages - IE5.5 crashes with the following blue screen VXD VPICD(01) 00001EC2 0028:C0052A02 After uninstalling flash I can now get to those sites without a crash (but with no flash animation :-) but it is still happening all the time when I try to load Clanbase (http://www.clanbase.com)
: I was haveing this problem before with IE5, so I upgraded to 5.5 with no change. I have the latest DirectX 8.0a and I am running Win98 SE on a 440BX mobo with PII 266 and 256mb RAM.
