fatal exception error at startup in WinME

During startup,a fatal exception error occur with BSD and system halt. Error is like this:
VMM(01)+0000FCB2 error:0D:0028:C0010CB2

Hey

I get an intermittent (blue screen of death) error
0D:0028:C0009E84
on shutdown ever since i put in an old ISA SCSI card.

maybe WinME is incompatible with ISA cards.

Hope somebody can help us
