I have the newest drivers for it and it still doesnt werk...i have an AMD k6-2 3D now CPU and my motherboard is and ACORP 5ali61 ...it will run for a minute or so and then freeze...i tried a game and there was no 3D acceleration at all...i tried it in Win2k and Win98...im running DirectX 8 as well... if anyone has any suggestions or answers...please E-MAIL me ... (cuz the Nvidia web site doesnt help me at all)...thanks in advance!!!

its a problem with the amd processor. i ve got that problem too perhaps you can find a fix on the amd page. i did a registry update and it worked just fine.

I think you should look for a driver for the AGP. And it goes under the name of "AGP Total solution driver". I have come upon several versions. 1.42, 1.90. This should fix the problem

try to change the drivers to old one like the 21.83 detonator. but you have to uninstall the newer versions before installing older...

I hate to tell you, but K6-2 processors are NOTORIOUS for not working with most AGP video cards. I've had this problem several times. There's nothing you can do to fix it. Take the card back and try another one. I know an older card (The Voodoo 3000) does work with your processor. That's what I've had to run to make it work.
